- Yes, whether you start with your first plant or manage dozens of species, SPRAIA adjusts its advice to your experience, your home and the specific needs of each plant. No useless jargon for beginners, no platitudes for experts.
- Yes, SPRAIA offers a free plan with up to 15 plants, 3 identifications per month, 3 AI assistant chats and 1 health scan per month. The care journal, watering reminders, wishlist and community access are also included at no cost.
- SPRAIA combines several specialized AIs: photo species identification, a health scan that rates your plant out of 100 and tracks its progress, an SOS diagnosis that spots pests, diseases and deficiencies from a symptom, and a conversational AI assistant you can ask questions by topic (watering, light, repotting…). Every conversation is saved in its history, linked to the right plant.
- Yes. Sort your plants by room, create your own substrate mixes, keep a wishlist of the species you covet and maintain a care journal per plant (waterings, repottings, photos, notes). SPRAIA calculates the next watering for each plant and reminds you at the right time — something came up? Snooze or undo a watering in one tap.
- SPRAIA Pro is planned to remove the free-plan limits: unlimited plants, identifications, AI assistant chats, health scans and SOS diagnoses, advanced diagnosis, data export and priority support. Pricing and Pro access will be confirmed during the next private beta waves.
- Yes. Once subscriptions open, you will be able to cancel Pro from your account settings or through the relevant payment platform. During the private beta, no paid subscription is charged.
- SPRAIA already measures the light in your home directly with your phone's sensor, to check that a spot suits your plant. On top of that, we're working on compatibility with market connected sensors (Xiaomi Mi Flora, SwitchBot…) to retrieve soil humidity, light and temperature continuously. This will be included in the Pro subscription. Sign up to be notified when available.
- Photo identification requires an internet connection to send the image to our AI model. However, sheets of plants you already identified, watering reminders and your diagnosis history stay accessible offline.
- Data security is our priority. All communications are encrypted with TLS 1.3, your photos are processed ephemerally and never resold to third parties. We are GDPR-compliant and you can export or delete your data at any time.
- SPRAIA is planned for iOS and Android, but the app is not publicly available on the App Store or Google Play yet. Private beta signups are open so you can receive an invitation in the next access waves.
